If you are a detail-driven Estimator with a passion for luxury residential construction, this is a rare opportunity to join one of Brisbane's most reputable developer-builders The Role: As an Estimator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all pricing and project estimating. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for new home proposals, post-contract variations, and building variations Supporting Sales, Contracts, and Interior Design teams with timely and precise pricing Quality checking colour selection documentation and pricing Managing estimating projects and reporting weekly workflow updates Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors About You: We're seeking a motivated and commercially astute Estimator with: 2-5 years' experience in a similar Estimating role within residential construction A trade background or relevant qualifications (Cert III Carpentry / Cert IV Building & Construction highly regarded) Experience with estimating software such as Databuild or Framework (preferred) A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Strong teamwork and communication skills Why Join Us?
